I KNOW WHO I AM!: His Sheep

I am His Sheep and He is my Shepherd, because of it, I am in no lack of any good thing. I shall not be in want. 

Psalms 23 says:

The Lord is my shepherd;

I shall not want.

2 

He makes me to lie down in green pastures;

He leads me beside the still waters.

3 

He restores my soul;

He leads me in the paths of righteousness

For His name’s sake.

4 

Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,

I will fear no evil;

For You are with me;

Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.

5 

You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;

You anoint my head with oil;

My cup runs over.

6 

Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me

All the days of my life;

And I will dwell[a] in the house of the Lord

Forever.

I see this scripture in two ways. One being that, in this life God wants to lead us down a path of righteousness.  We  can trust him to lead, guide, protect, and comfort us. We're living in perilous times.  The enemy of our soul wishes to take us out. He wants us to throw in the towel and give up, but we don't have to fret,  Jesus has already conquered the enemy when He got up from the grave.  He is in heaven preparing a table that is laid out for all who trust, believe, and follow him. I don't have to fret here on this earth because heaven is far greater than we could ever imagine, and God has a table waiting when we arrive. It's being prepared right now and nothing or no one will be able to take it way from me. It's an anointed seat at that table, a seat prepared with goodness and mercy. One where I can sit and sup with my heavenly father. Nothing good will ever run out there... The goodness and mercy that God has never stops at that table. It never runs out. It's forever. It's eternal life 

Another way I see it is that we face some challenges here on earth. The enemy tries to come against us, but God is our protection and comfort.  No matter what is going on in each and every  one of our lives God has anointed us to win. We are more than a conquerors. God is using you in the midst of your enemy. No devil in hell can stop it. Whatever he said WILL come to pass. If He said I'm going to bless you, then He is going to do just that. When He blesses you it's going to spill out and run over. It's not just for you. It's for many. The anointing that God is giving is not just for you. It's such a blessing that it runs over. It spills out. He only desire to lead, and we follow Him. This kind of blessing is for the righteous. This kind of blessing is a blessing that God can only do for His obedient sheep. Those who follow Him alone. We can't  think we're going to raise all kinds of hell, and do whatever we put our heart to, and be anointed in this way. It says God leads me beside the still water. His sheep is being lead by Him.. When everything is going good and when everything his going bad. His sheep knows his voice and to another does not follow. If we want goodness and mercy to follow us all the days of life we better make sure we are following our Shepherd and that is Jesus Christ. We must live a life of integrity before Him.  Having the confidence that he knows what is best for us. Making sure to follow after His plans for our life. NOT our own. We reap great reward from Him when we do  that. When we choose to follow Him in the midst of darkness. When we allow Him to guide us and lead us unto righteous living. When we do not repay evil for evil. When we are not led by the lust of the flesh but we are led by the word of God, knowing God is preparing that table for us before our enemies. We reap a great harvest in our life. 

His word says we reap what we sow. 

Galatians 6:7-9

King James Version (KJV)

7 Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.
8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

9 And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.

 Sow to flesh, we reap to the flesh. We sow to the spirit, we will reap of the spirit. When we don't sell out to evil systems and behaviors of this world. He is preparing that table for us. The wealth of the wicked is stored up for the righteous. God WILL take care of us. But we must trust Him enough to stand in righteousness. Trust in the Lord with all thy heart lean not on your on understanding in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct thy path 
(prov 3:5-6). His SHEEP MUst Allow Him to supply all the nourishment  needed.  

It may seem like you are low right now, but the meek shall inherit the earth (Psalm 37:11). Stay humble before God. Let Him exalt you, let Him care for you. When He does He will not only take care of you, He will use you to reach a multitude of people. The anointing is going to fall on you and run over to draw many lives to everlasting life. Remember this world we live in is not the end. The ultimate goal is heaven. The word of God says, And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me (John 12:32). When He died on the cross it was meant for us to partake in eternal life. He paid a price on the cross and rose up from the grave with all power in His hand. We Owe Him our lives.... We must Lift Him up as a lifestyle before Him. Lift Him up in the way we raise our kids. Lift Him up in the way we work. Lift Him up in the way we treat people. Lift Him up in the way we do our finances. Lift Him up in the way we handle our problems. Lift Him in our blessings. 

We have to follow the Lord and allow Him to lead us in every situation, knowing His way is the best way. And the only true way to live... Is to die to oneself... We must put away everything we desire and lift up Jesus... Allow Him to reign in our behavior in our motives in the WAY we live our lives. 

Let's keep the mind set that it is no more about me but about the Great I AM..Things will come to distract and pull us away from the Lord, but we must keep our eyes on Jesus, our true shepherd. Let him lead us into living right before Him. He knows whats best. He has our best interest at hand even when we feel odd doing it His way. Even if we're persecuted for doing it His way stand in the will of the Lord... He is producing correct character. 

We are all just passing through this world. We all will meet our maker one day. I want Him to say, Well done thy good and faithful servant. I want to be ready when he comes. I want my life to have been a reflection of His LOVE. 

I want to make this appeal to you today. If you have not been sold out to God in your life. I Want you to decide today to be sold out to Him. Call out to Him today say, Lord I wanna give you more. I wanna follow you with my whole  heart. I am tired of trying to figure things out on my own. God I trust you and surrender my will to you today. 

Say Lord forgive me of all my sins. I believe you lord Jesus and I am ready to trust your plan for my life. I'm ready to be sold out to you Lord. Life on this earth is temporary and I want eternal life with you. 

Now all have sinned and fallen short of His glory... none of us are perfect and we mess up all the time, but we gotta get tired. Be willing to allow God to fix what we do not have the power to do on our own. He is able and willing to produce great fruit in our life but we must be willing to give Him a complete yes and He will fill our lives with true purpose and peace. Get to know Him today and watch what He will do in your life... 

If you made the decision to give God a complete YES!!! YOU can NOW go into this YEAR, "2014", knowing who you are.... YOu are His SHEEP and nothing can stand in your way... KNOw His VOICE AND TO ANOTHER DO NOT FOLLOW!!!
